You will participate in the following rehabilitation classes as part of your pretrial supervision:

Motivation for Change

This foundational class helps you identify your personal goals and develop the motivation needed to make positive changes in your life. You'll explore what drives you and how to maintain focus on your objectives.

Thinking for a Change

Learn practical strategies for managing your thoughts and making better decisions. This class focuses on cognitive skills that help you break negative patterns and respond more effectively to challenging situations.

Anger Management

Develop healthy techniques for recognizing, understanding, and managing anger. This class teaches practical coping strategies and communication skills to help you handle frustration and conflict constructively.

1-2 sessions per week

Alcohol Anonymous

A peer-support program focused on recovery and maintaining sobriety. This class provides a supportive community and evidence-based strategies for addressing alcohol use and building a healthier lifestyle.

What to Expect

Attendance & Participation

You are required to attend all class sessions and participate actively. Your attendance and engagement will be tracked and reported to your pretrial officer. Missing classes is a program violation.

Schedule Flexibility

Classes are scheduled to accommodate your work and personal obligations. Your officer will help you find times that work with your employment schedule.

Supportive Environment

Classes are designed to be supportive and non-judgmental. You'll work with instructors and peers who understand the challenges of pretrial supervision and are committed to your success.

You'll learn practical, real-world skills that you can apply immediately to improve your life and make better decisions.

Reimbursement Upon Completion

Upon successful completion of all 6 weeks of rehabilitation classes, your family member will receive a cashier's check reimbursement for the full $700 class fee.

How the Reimbursement Works

Complete All Classes

Attend and successfully complete all sessions of the 6-week rehabilitation program. Perfect attendance and active participation are required.

Receive Completion Certificate

Upon completion, you'll receive a certificate of completion from the program. This is important documentation for your case.

Submit Reimbursement Request

Contact your pretrial officer with your completion certificate and reimbursement request. Your officer will process the request.

Receive Cashier's Check

A cashier's check for $700 will be issued to your family member. This typically occurs within 2-4 weeks of completing the program.

Note: Reimbursement is only available upon successful completion of all 6 weeks. If you miss classes or do not complete the program, reimbursement will not be issued.

How to Enroll

Your pretrial officer will help you enroll in the appropriate rehabilitation classes. Class schedules and locations will be provided to you during your initial appointment.
