What You Need to Know

  • You must wear an electronic monitoring device (ankle monitor) at all times
  • The device tracks your location and ensures you comply with curfew
  • Never attempt to remove, tamper with, or disable the monitor
  • Keep the device charged and in good working condition
  • Report any technical issues immediately to your officer

Curfew Requirements

Flexible Hours for Work

Your curfew hours are designed to be flexible and work with your employment schedule. This means you can maintain your job while complying with program conditions.

  • Curfew hours will be set based on your work schedule
  • You must be at your approved residence during curfew hours
  • Any changes to your work schedule must be approved by your officer
  • Violations of curfew will be recorded and reported to the court

Check-in and Supervision Requirements

Regular Contact with Your Officer

  • You must meet with your pretrial officer on a regular schedule
  • Attend all scheduled appointments—missing appointments is a violation
  • Be honest and truthful in all communications with your officer
  • Notify your officer immediately of any changes in employment, residence, or contact information
